Le Colonial Unveils New Craft Cocktail and Zero-Proof Menus
Le Colonial Naples unveiled new cocktail and zero-proof menus, introducing a collection of handcrafted sips inspired by Southeast Asian flavors and timeless classics.
New Signature Cocktails
On the signature cocktail menu, new additions include La Passion, featuring Los Vecinos Mezcal, passionfruit, Thai chili tincture, and Licor 43; the Pandan Daiquiri, crafted with Myer’s Platinum Rum, pandan syrup, and coconut purée; the Strawberry Gin Shrub, made with New Amsterdam Gin, strawberry and rhubarb purée, house yuzu liqueur, and egg white; the Le Colonial Last Word, crafted with Los Vecinos Mezcal, Fontbonne Herbal Liqueur, maraschino liqueur, and yuzu; and the La Vie en Rose, a refreshing blend of Lillet Rosé, lemongrass, and sparkling rosé.
Zero-Proof Sips
The restaurant has also expanded its zero-proof offerings with the Violet Moon, combining ube syrup, coconut purée, and Q Soda; Lush Paradise, featuring Lush Orchard Tea, Seedlip Citrus Botanical, and honey syrup; the tropical Saigon Mint Colada, made with coconut milk, pineapple, mint, turmeric, and nutmeg; and the crisp Lemongrass Spritz, crafted with Seedlip Citrus Botanical, lemongrass syrup, yuzu essence, and Q Soda.
