RENTAL & HOA INFORMATION:

Social Membership Transfer Fee: $426 per reservation.

Minimum Stay: 30 days or one full calendar month, as required by the HOA.

High Season: Rentals during January, February, and March must commence on the 1st day of the month.

Last-Minute Reservations: The HOA requires a $200 expedited processing fee for reservations made 15 days or less prior to arrival.

Guest Passes: Guests are welcome, however we are unable to authorize guest passes for this property due to limited availability. Guests must be accompanied to the amenities by a primary tenant
